Private training with Kelley Graham for individuals and small groups (4).

This authentic practice invigorates the body while calming the mind. Each class is 1/3 seated meditation, 1/3 standing meditation and 1/3 moving meditation.

This gentle one hour mind-body workout helps seniors with balance, strength and mental focus. Training is delivered in person with online media and assessments integral to ongoing data collection. This is a group class so get your 8-12 of your friends together and schedule a workshop.
